Sample request
The manufacturer has given a very quick reply to some questions I had which made me doubt that they have considered everything carefully. Luckily, this is where Coolen shines by also having personnel in China and speaking the language. They talked everything through and I am happy with the replies. Still it is not a 100% guarantee, but it's as good as it gets for now.
The manufacturer has send an invoice for the amount of money required to make molds and samples. I will discuss this with Coolen one final time and if they give me the green light then I will make the international payment to the manufacturer for the samples.
Only having been a consumer all my live makes it feel weird to suddenly pay for something in advance without knowing if it will work out. But that's a risk that's part of being a 'company'; which makes it very thrilling.
Looking forward to seeing what this manufacturer can actually achieve, but have high hopes that I chose the correct manufacturer! ...exciting!
