Due to my vacation I'm was a bit behind on all the messages and comments, but within a few days I should be back on track!
Contact with the purchasing agent
Earlier this week I had a good chat with our purchasing agent at https://www.coolenchina.com/
We went through the final steps that we need to take before placing the order and paying the invoice, which is for the most part an effort on their side to align all parties with help of a purchasing contract. In this purchasing contract there will be chapters about how and when the quality checks will happen, how the final shipment should be packaged, and some further details and legal text.
The Coolen employee in China will contact the manufacturer by phone and relay/request the final details to make sure that they are on the same page when they send their invoice.
I'm really glad that I have a reputable party supporting me in this regard that has a lot of experience and speak both my native language as well as Chinese to make sure that everything will go as smoothly as possible!
Pledge Manager
Most of you have already filled out your PledgeBox surveys again. (Thank you!) Only just about 1% of the backers have requested their pledge to be canceled due to the plastic dice no longer being an option. Fortunately, the large majority have decided to stay on board and either already had metal dice selected or switched to the metal version. I'm amazed to see so much enthusiasm and support even when faced with difficult circumstances. Thank you!! Before the dice will be shipped I'll send out a reminder for everyone to check their address information via mail/Kickstarter. For anything else you can contact me at info@lenpolygon.com
